Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your EzzyFlow account, you can do so directly through the mobile application or the web dashboard. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your personal data will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account via Mobile App
- Open the EzzyFlow App on your device.
- Navigate to your Profile by tapping on your avatar or the profile tab.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
How to Delete Your Account via Web Dashboard
- Log in to your account at broker.ezzyflow.com.
- Click on Settings in the sidebar.
- Click on the Delete Account button.
- Enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your account.
What Happens to Your Information?
Once your account is deleted:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number) is permanently removed from our active databases.
- Any operational data linked directly to you that is no longer required for legal or regulatory compliance will be anonymized or deleted.
- Some records (e.g., invoices, financial transactions, or safety logs) may be retained for a specific period as required by law, but they will no longer be linked to your personal identity for marketing or operational use.
